You Found Your Way Here.
Hi, Iâm Janki.
Writer. Artist. Seeker. Self-healer.
And Flow State Diary is my practice of returning â To myself, my body, and my truth.
For nearly three decades, I didnât know what it meant to feel safe in my own skin.
I lived in a loop of overthinking, performing, and pleasing, in a life that looked âright,â but never felt like mine.
Burnout wasnât just exhaustion. It was disconnection.
From my body. My needs. My voice.
Five years ago, I hit a breaking point.
Emotionally, mentally, physically, spiritually â I was done.
What began as survival cracked open into a deeper search for truth, healing, and wholeness.
Since then, Iâve been walking a quiet revolution.
A path of unbecoming.
Through therapy, cognitive work, yoga teacher training, three years of daily journaling, and a deep dive into the world of trauma, consciousness, and change â I began shedding who I was taught to be, and remembering who Iâve always been.
The healing began slowly.
Through stillness. Through breath. Through soft noticing.
I started unlearning the patterns that kept me stuck in survival.
And I remembered, Healing isnât about fixing ourselves. Itâs about coming home to who weâve always been.
Thatâs what Flow State Diary is, a gentle record of that return.
What I write about?
My only goal here is simple. To help people break free from survival mode.
âš The patterns, beliefs, and emotional wounds that keep us stuck in unfulfilling lives.
I write about healing emotional trauma, rebuilding self-worth, and remembering our true nature.
âš One of ease, compassion, connection, and abundance.
Through self-enquiry, body awareness, breathwork, and nervous system regulation,
âš I explore how self-awareness becomes a path to deep, integrated healing.
Because I believe true healing only happens when we bring the mind, body, and soul back into connection.
Who this space is for?
Flow State Diary is for the sensitive ones.
The self-aware ones.
The ones who are tired of surviving.
Who want to feel safe in their bodies.
Who want to live with softness, not performance.
Who are unlearning who they were told to be, so they can become who they already are.
If youâve ever felt stuck in your mind, unsure of your worth unless youâre achieving or fixing or provingâyouâre not alone.
This space is a soft landing.
