Ah Janki, you summarised our conversation so beautifully. I feel so proud of us, for showing up to talk about what we love, despite the shaking haha. Thank you so much once again for the invite and for your presence ♡

Thank you for everything you’ve shared with us. I truly enjoyed our conversation and I also felt so many words settling deep within me.

I believe this was one of the most raw talk I’ve had in a very long time :)

Enjoyed listening and resonate with lots you guys talk about. These bits stood out for me as I listened: when Alex you were saying we are an ecosystem, and "Our bodies always speak first often long before the mind catches up." We are not a mind separate to the body, and the body is way more than we know. I think this is why the word soma works better for me. The soma is in constant intimate communication with itself, its our embodied ecosystem. It's speaking and listening to itself all the time, so when we pause and tune in to that, we get to hear that soma song, what's true for us in our own unique electrochemical biology, pulsing and patterning.

Oh and I think Eugene Gendlin coined the term felt sense, no?

Yes, it was Eugene Gendlin! Thanks for that.

I so loved reading your comment, especially as you refer to the body (soma) as this alive ecosystem in constant exchange of information and resources, yes! It is so rich, and if we cultivate the skills to listen and learn this language, we gain such a deep and versatile understanding of ourselves and the world we are a part of. "The soma song"- love this!

I just recently heard Robin Sharma say that everyone has a golden core: our true self. And it's covered in mud (beliefs, rules, prejudices, habits..) and we need to work uncovering that. The healing you're describing reminded me of that story and it's so true.

Mmm this is beautifully said Karina. It is exactly that— making space for our true expression to come forward. Thank you.

Yes, that metaphor speaks so beautifully to what we shared during the live. The "golden core" feels like the part of us that’s always been there unmoved, untouched, just waiting to be remembered.

This gentle uncovering needs our presence, patience, and awareness.

Thank you for drawing this parallel, it’s such a powerful reminder.
